Ingredients for a slower life-

1 cup of COOK

2 heaped tablespoons of GROW

1/2 cup of CLEAN

1 generous teaspoon of SAVE

100 grams of MAKE

A generous dash of LIVE

Bake slowly in a warm oven and enjoy the deliciousness of a freshly baked life with friends over a cup of tea.
